Can I get refund US$39.9 without any deal for 1 year

Hi !

I have joined the amazon seller for almost 1 year without any profit. It is heard that you don't have any profit or no deal in your selling product, you can apply to refund the US$39.9. However, I can't find "contact-us" in the amazon seller central website. I have sent my email to apply the refund in other 'contact' and it is no reply. Anyone help Me?

you will not get a refund if you have created any listings. You can only get a refund for your first monthly fee if you have not used the service.

No, that is not accurate.

As explained above you may be eligible for a refund for that first month if you did not use any services -- creating a listing counts as using the services.

Does not matter about orders / no orders.

To reach Seller Support in Seller Central:

1. Click on the Help box on the top right

2. Click on "Get Help and resources"

3. Select "My issue is not listed" box.

While I want to be gentle but honest - refunds for subscription fees are considered case by case and may have specific requirements.

Also, make sure to downgrade your account to the individual plan before you request the refund .
