Seller Support is DUMB and USELESS, Mods please help me escalate these cases, my brand is hijacked

CASE ID: 16514663691 and CASE ID: 16505470231

My brand on 10+ year old ASINs has suddenly been altered by a third party. I have no idea how they did this. Seller support is too dumb to understand this and keeps just sending me generic copy/paste replies.

Please help me mods, seller support is infuriatingly dumb and useless I cannot take any more of this abuse.

Seller support are chat bots programed to frustrate you so you give up for whatever reason you are contacting it is always best to keep something next to you that you can smash or destroy to take your anger out when dealing with incompetent seller support!

A good suggestion would be to calm down and try to ask SS to put you in touch or forward the issue to the internal team. Name calling has never worked in any situation.

Seller Support is near useless, they will send you canned replies and disregard your issue. Kindly ask them to be transferred to an internal team that can better understand your issue.

Unfortunately, all the Mods are just as useless as their support. Their only goal is to give you hope that they can help, so you calm down and continue paying them. But in the end, all you’ll get is yet another useless response and nothing more.

My favorite thing is when they just disconnect from you in chat because why not, there is no accountability. I have a ticket open for 2 weeks now about an image on a product I didn't put there and no response. Thinking about just canceling my Professional account I see no reason to pay for it
