Approval Request for Topicals
Amazon has been an invaluable partner in the past but regrettably, we are facing automated rejections and we need intervention. Our Enchante Cocoa Butter Balm product (ASIN B0CSDYB6BX and B0CSDZJMG5), Castor Oil with Coconut Oil Shea Butter combo pack of 3 (ASIN B0CSLRDHQT), and Hair and Skin Oil ASIN (B0CPLGX4HV) are currently set as unavailable due to the pending approval of the topical product. The strange thing is we already sell all these products that were previously approved, hair oil, cocoa butter but for some reason the computer keeps rejecting new photos. All products are in my hand in the photo. Invoice is valid. Can we please get some assistance.

Please know that categories may have different requirements and those can change from time to time. As per our help page:
Even if you were selling your product before, you may be subject to new restrictions for the following reasons:
- We have placed new restrictions on existing products that either require you to qualify or that we’re not accepting the applications currently.
- You have received a performance notification related to your product and are required to provide additional information before you can sell it again. You can view these notifications through your Performance notifications or your Account Health page.

In terms of your current approval applications, I see those were denied because the documentation doesn't meet the requirements, please review the reasons on case ending in 9081 and provide new documentation with the requested information.
