Account inactive and can't activate

Hi Amazon Seller Support team,
I have a seller central account for North America and plan to launch my products there in a few weeks from now.
On 29 Jul 2024 I receive an email from Amazon that "Account set to inactive due to dormancy" and with instructions that to activate the account, I should update the credit card information and wait for up to 48 hours for the account to get activated.
On 2 Aug 2024, I updated my credit card information successfully and a small charge was applied to my credit card. So all looked okay to me and I waited for a few days. Now it is 5 Aug 2024, well past 48 hours of suggested wait-time, I am still waiting for my account to be activated.
During this waiting period, I received an email "Action Required: Verify your Selling on Amazon account". When I try following the instructions to verify my selling on Amazon account, it takes me to the same page where it says "You account is inactive". I have attached a screenshot of this page.
Please advise what to do next.
