Refun process for my item

i am doing amazon FBA, i got message that refund process started and money deducted citing that customer didnt get item delivered on their address, , but its not my problem, its amazon problem so why they deduct money, its their fulfillment issue , so in this case what should i do to avoid deducting my money, please help

Hello @Seller_aoUGslMRrSGNO- and thank you for this post. It is true that when Amazon refunds a customer for your FBA order, we debit your seller account for all or part of the refund value.

You can read through the full FBA Customer Returns Policy, as well as FBA inventory reimbursement policy: Customer return claims for further details on handling this customer claim.
