HAZMAT Product Eligibility
We have attempted to become eligible to sell our brand-registered product under the HAZMAT category for well over 1 year & consistently received the response:
"Thank you for your interest in joining the FBA Dangerous Goods (formerly Hazmat Pilot) Program.
The FBA Dangerous Goods Program (formerly Hazmat Pilot) is not accepting new participants in North America. We will add you to the waitlist and contact you when we have more information’'
We already sell this product in another store & want to sell it in our 2nd store which has more, better-performing SKUs to keep all products easier to manage instead of accounting for 2 separate stores.
Is there any way to expedite this process of being removed from the waitlist & eligible to sell a product that falls into the dangerous goods/HAZMAT program?

I don't believe there is going to be a way to expedite the process to speed up the wait list.
On this page, you can get a waitlist update if you'd like. Follow the below steps to check your waitlist status.


However, I am wondering since you already are selling it under another account if that could help. Have you opened a case with Seller Support on this specific situation to see if they had some further insight? If so, can you provide me with that case # so I can take a look there.
Would love to see if I can get you some more information.
