Thank you for your response.

Unfortunately, your colleague Taylor has not been helpful at all. He takes weeks to reply, and when he does, it’s the same message every time: “the case is still pending.” It has now been over five months with no progress, no resolution, and no clear explanation.

This is not how a professional company should operate. At this point, it feels more like I’m being scammed than supported. I urge you to escalate this matter immediately to someone who can actually provide a concrete update and resolution.

The case has now been reviewed and closed, but unfortunately, the reimbursement issued is significantly below the actual value of the inventory lost.

Amazon reimbursed only $3.29 per unit for 82 units, totaling $269.78. However, each unit is a set of 200 sticks, with an Amazon retail price of $215 per set. The total value of the lost inventory is $17,630, which is clearly not reflected in the reimbursement.

To support this, I’ve submitted:

A customs-verified Bill of Lading detailing shipment value and unit structure.

A purchase invoice showing the actual product configuration and cost.

Listing information reflecting the $215 per unit selling price.

Despite this, the reimbursement was processed based on an incorrect assumption that each unit was a single stick, not a full retail pack.

I am now respectfully requesting your support to escalate this case, as promised, given that the final review outcome is clearly flawed and financially damaging.

# First , Anybody have doing Global Shipment, plz be comment any issues you are faced, or all your account ok with amazon you may have a single world about it. To ensure for new sellers and a solution for whom are facing disputes.

# And stayteen, you may have check payment repository, you have checked the order status where it reached. delivered , rejected, refused, etc. so you have to claim the safe-t claim order.

now in amazon.in Amazon is unable to support to seller and Amazon has not able to solve the delivery related problem , many coriyar partners are leving Amazon ..we will suffer due to ecomax most 3rd class service .

# First , Anybody have doing Global Shipment, plz be comment any issues you are faced, or all your account ok with amazon you may have a single world about it. To ensure for new sellers and a solution for whom are facing disputes.
