You should never attempt to contact a buyer through anything but Amazon messenger unless you want to be deactivated. If the buyer gave you incorrect information and you are unable to ship, you can try sending an 'urgent' message which will bypass the 'opt out of messages' option buyers have. But if you don't receive correct information you may not have a choice but to cancel the order. Taking an ODR hit is a whole lot better than getting your account deactivated.

From your image above, you have everything you need to ship as the shipping address is complete. You shouldn't need a phone number to complete shipping.

The other thing we would note is that the image contains personal information that shouldn't be posted on the forum.

Amazon provides an Amazon-coded phone number. Sellers are never to know buyer's actual phone.

If you are using a shipping service that demands a phone number, use that number provided by Amazon, or just use your own phone number.

Hello @Seller_0hcnEk9X1PIFe, if you have a message that is necessary for completing an order and the buyer has opted out of messaging, you can send a critical message. The word important must be surrounded by brackets to be effective. For example, the subject line "Need additional information" should instead be "[Important] Need additional information" or "Need additional information [Important]."

However, in most cases, buyer phone numbers are not shared with sellers. Instead, sellers are shown an anonymized phone number.

You must confirm shipment of the order with Amazon within 7 days of the ship date. Otherwise, Amazon will automatically cancel the order and you will not be paid even if you shipped the order. Read more about the shipping process on how to confirm a shipment.
