Amazon Affecting our ODR on A-to-z that's Amazon funded, and refunded correctly prior to the claim...

Please see Order ID 702-2100251-2225853

The buyer returned the item heavily damaged and incomplete, and returned not due to seller error, we issued 50% refund as per Amazon's return policy prior to the claim. A-to-z team decided to Amazon-fund it as we are in the right, however they affected our ODR claiming:

-- Date of claim: October 4, 2024

-- Refund amount: $666.70

As the buyer did file a claim, we will still include the claim in your Order Defect Rate and performance metrics.

To avoid these claims in the future, respond promptly to buyer communications to reach a resolution. If appropriate, refund the buyer within 72 hours of the buyer's first contact."

Please work with them to remove this from our ODR. We responded within 2.5 hours.
