How do I go about wire transfer confirmation?

I made a wire transfer of into the Amazon's Wells Fargo account on 2nd of October, 2023 for the professional selling fees but it hasn't been confirmed since and I messaged support several times but they keep transferring to the internal team and it’s been almost a month despite several complaints, I’ve not gotten any response. I need the wire transfer payment confirmed and refunded. Anyone else who has made payments through wire transfers? How did you go about the confirmation?

In the normal course of events Amazon fees are set against the balance on your selling account. If the balance is negative when your payout day comes around then that amount will be charged to the credit card you have on file.

If you are paying by wire transfer there must be some out of the ordinary circumstances.

Is your account deactivated?

With no further information, my first concern is that you have been scammed.
