I can not add a deposit method

Hello Dear Amazon Officer. I can not add a deposit method. But my Payoneer account has not problem. I approve everything and I asked the problem from my friends but no one ever seen it before. The issue is this:

''Your bank account is not eligible for receiving disbursement due to pending Know Your Customer (KYC) action according to your payment service provider. Please work with your PSP to complete the required action and receive disbursement to the bank account.''

As I said there is not any problem on Payoneer which I want to use it for Deposit Method. How can I fix this issue. Please help me about it.

Daryl here from our Forums team to further assist in this regard.

Whenever you add or change your bank account information, a three-day security hold goes into effect. Fund transfers cannot be initiated until the hold expires, including those from any settlement cycles that close during the hold period. We recommend that you do not update your bank account within three days of your next regularly scheduled disbursement to avoid any delays in payments. Only the primary account owner can make changes related to payment information.

I will verify with you the following steps:

  • Go to Settings and click Account Info.
  • On the Seller Account Information page, under Payment Information, click Deposit Methods.
  • Click Add new deposit method.
  • Select the appropriate store.
  • Use the drop-down list to select your Bank Location Country.
  • Enter the information requested in Where You Will Be Paid.
  • If you selected a country with a currency other than the store you are selling in, go to Currency Conversion Payment Agreement, click Agreement, and read the agreement.
  • Check the Currency Conversion Payment Agreement box to accept the terms of the agreement.
  • Click Submit.

If after following all those steps, you are receiving the same error:

Let me know, so I can further investigate the issue, by any chance do you have a seller support case ID for this scenario?
