Missing Inbound Package In IND9
We are having an issue with a missing FBA package from a shipment of 408 Items sent to amazon fulfilment centre IND9. ID:FBA17PMJWBPM.
We have submitted the documents include Invoice, BOL, and ISA. But Customer Service insists on POD with signatures. But now Amazon warehouses sometimes do not provide signatures, so I cannot provide this type of document.
And if it is possible to track logistics trajectory based on ISA?

how do u add signature to ur packages when amazon gives us the label and that is not an option?
