From your post, I understand that your account is deactivated and you are trying to change the business address in seller central. As suggested by @SUNDANCE_, you will still be able to change the address by clicking on "Add a new address". Allow me to include the steps here:

  1. On Seller Central, go to Settings, and then select Account Info.
  2. In the Business Information section, select Business Address.
  3. Select Add a new address.
  4. Enter your address information and click Submit.
