Pesticide Shipping to FBA (not Dangerous Goods)

I've finished the pesticide course but I'm still unclear about requirements when shipping pesticides to Amazon FBA. These are name brand items not listed as dangerous goods. What are the requirements when shipping, for instance, a 32oz bottle of ant spray to Amazon FBA? Is there a guide for this somewhere?

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help. It really depends on the type of bottle. Is it glass? Is it an aerosol bottle? This page, Prep guidance, states if the liquid is not in a glass container it has to adhere to the following guidelines.

  • Place product in bubble wrap or a bubble bag to prevent damage. Products can also be placed in a protective overbox.
  • Product bag or box must be secured or taped.
  • Product can pass a drop test on a hard surface without breaking.
  • Barcode must be scannable.
