Problem with information about the merchant account not being verified

Hello, I was a business actively selling on amazon uk marketplace. I opened the north america stores on my company. However, without listing or selling in any way, my account was suspended due to identity verification.

Although I sent company documents, citizenship ID, company and personal bank account information and statements, I was automatically sent a message saying "We received your submission, but we are unable to reactivate your account. After reviewing your account, we have confirmed that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activities that harm our customers, other affiliates, and our store.

I am a tax-paying business actively selling on Amazon UK, but because of this, both my North American accounts and all my European accounts have been suspended.

I am begging you to tell me how to get out of this situation, please help me.

I want my unjustly suspended account to be opened.
