PLEASE HELP, WE ARE COMPLETELY SOFT LOCKED OUT OF SELLING! We turned over 2 million dollars plus a year on Amazon and have major issues we can not fix!

Issue 1

-We have had our Amazon CA account closed due to 4 policy violations, we have the information that Amazon want for the listings to comply with the policies, but no way of changing the listings, as all access to change the listings or create new listings is deactivated as our account is deactivated, we have opened cases and phoned Amazon and got no where, we are completely stuck.

Issue 2

-We have been selling Optimum Nutrition for many many years, however last week we can no longer send off new stock to FBA, we can sell our current stock, and sell on MF, but not FBA. Why is this, we can prove we buy these from the authorised channels? Why are you not allowing us to continue to send off new units? We are told this is because the brand is no longer accepting new offers, but our old offers still exist so this doesn’t really make sense.

Issue 3

- We have lost the right to the Grocery category on Amazon USA. Our VTR is now back to 100% on that category so now we have no way to see what caused the temporary issue before. We phone seller support and are just told to open a case as they have no clue what to do. Please can you understand that we cant explain how the issue wont happen again if we have no way of finding out what the issue was, as the report wont show the orders with no VTR anymore.

So, have you opened a case? There is no case number included here.

Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.

They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.……

If you have been selling that long on Amazon, you would know that is the selling account has been suspended, there is little chance that Amazon will do anything about it at this time of the year. Amazon's easiest solution it just to wait until 2025, and then maybe sort things out.

I have reviewed the details from the case log you have shared. I see that you have included all 6 sides of the product packaging and the NPN number into the case log. However, for the other appeals you have not provided everything the team has requested into the case log. Please double check each of the appeal cases and upload everything they have requested. Once you have done this, I will be able to raise this up for an internal review due to the fact that you are currently unable to edit these detail pages.

For listing concerns, I will need example ASINs and a relevant case ID so I can look into this further. If you do not currently have a case, please create one including all of the details and share the case ID here.

For the VTR concern, I suggest to visit your shipping performance section and click on the valid tracking rate metric. From there, you can download the report to see which orders are causing concern. It is best to double check the tracking ID's to ensure they are correct and provide an explanation as to why they were deemed invalid. You must also provide preventative measures you will implement to avoid issues with VTR in the future. You can share the affected order ID's with me so I can investigate with you to understand what may have gone wrong.

Opening case will not help. Most likely, you need to submit appeal. Can you post your whole email that they sent you before they locked your account?
