request you reactivate my account

Dear Amazon Support Team,

I am writing an appeal to request that you reactivate my account, which was recently deactivated due to a violation of Amazon's policies. I accidentally opened it on global sale, which is why I now want my Amazon account to be closed in the United Kingdom, as it is now affecting my Dubai account, and it has been deactivated. I am aware that you have requested evidence to support my claim that the deactivation of my account was in error. I would like to provide this evidence and explain the situation that led to the deactivation of my account.

The mistake I made is that I clicked on the global sale option, and now my United Kingdom account has been deactivated, on which I have not sold anything. There is no other violation, so now I am contacting the Amazon team to request my United Kingdom account be closed so that my Dubai account can be opened and I can do business on it.

I understand that this action was in violation of Amazon's policies, and I apologize for my mistake. I assure you that I have learned my lesson and will not repeat this mistake in the future. I have been a loyal customer of Amazon for many years, and I value the trust that you have placed in me as a customer.

I would like to request that you consider my appeal and reinstate my account. I am willing to provide any additional information or documentation that you may require to substantiate my claim. I hope that you will take into account my sincerity and commitment to following Amazon's policies in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to review my appeal. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Sincerely,

Zarak Khan

This is a sellers forum, not Amazon Support Team. We are your peers - other sellers. Your appeal will not be read by Amazon. There are forum moderators who may viisit, but they are not the Support Team either.

As for your appeal - Amazon does not want apologies. They want an action plan stating how this will never happen again, if you are reinstated. You state that you have learned your lesson. You need to spell out what you mean by that and how you will make sure that you do not repeat it. They also do not care about your customer status. You are a seller here; your buying history has no bearing.

Hello @SOUQMATE,

Thank you for posting your concerns and explanation of your account deactivation.

I appreciate your explanation of the situation, as it sounds your original account in Dubai was closed due to being associated to your other account, when you selected to sell globally.

The mistake I made is that I clicked on the global sale option, and now my United Kingdom account has been deactivated, on which I have not sold anything. There is no other violation, so now I am contacting the Amazon team to request my United Kingdom account be closed so that my Dubai account can be opened and I can do business on it.

Typically, these situations occur when there’s an association to a deactivated store. When you selected to sell globally, did you complete the registration of the account?  If the other store is currently deactivated, you cannot close them, and attempting too may result in a loss of access to them making the situation more difficult.

I would like to request that you consider my appeal and reinstate my account. I am willing to provide any additional information or documentation that you may require to substantiate my claim. I hope that you will take into account my sincerity and commitment to following Amazon's policies in the future.

You will first need to review your United Kingdom account and verify the reason it was deactivated, from the sounds of the situation the verification process may need to be completed, you may need to sign into this account and review the notifications to verify. You are also welcome to provide deactivation notice here if you need guidance on resolving the issue.

Once the account is active, you can simply appeal on this account explaining the reason for association as you did here, in addition you will need to provide the reactivation date of your United Kingdom account. So that you can have a little more guidance, I would also recommend reviewing our seller university video on how to address a multiple account policy violation.

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
