my account was suspended a second time because of this
I was in the first for this reason and I got my account suspended, but now I'm getting the same violation for the second time and despite sending the correct information, I still get the same insufficient information response, please can someone from amazon officials help me?

So were you dropshipping? If so, were you strictly following the Amazon rules for drop shipping?
Or were you dropshipping from places such as WalMart, Costco, or other retailers?
If you answered "Yes" "No", "Yes", then you are done. You'll get no helpful advice, and probably no sympathy, here.
OTOH, if you were not dropshipping, or were using a reliable authentic dropshipper who followed the Amazon policies, then post that information; there might be some way out of this. But if you ever dropshipped without following the rules to the letter, don't bother; you're done.
