Need Help with Bundling Amazon Policy
I heard that Sellers are getting suspended and no 30 days warning about this policy.
We want to create a combo pack for our own products, we are brand registered and all of our product are sold under our brand.. Let say that our two products are a toothbrush and one toothpaste tube, both in the same packaging under one label. Is the bundling policy applies here? If yes, what can we do to avoid any issues becasue the amazon policy pages are very confusing. For example, one of the requirement is to put on the title the word Bundle...
so any help would be appreciated..

Hello @Seller_DbcsSDaMHenTu,
Thanks for posting your inquiry. The information you were provided in case 17723178531 is accurate. Bundles are product offerings that consist of two or more different items combined into a single ASIN. Variety packs, packs, kits, and all other similar bundle-type products are all considered as bundles, irrespective of the nomenclature used on the product pages. Virtual bundles are not covered by this policy.
Furthermore, a bundle may be listed in a single category only, even if the products comprising the bundle are from multiple categories. If a bundle includes products from multiple categories, it may be listed only in the category of the highest priced item in the bundle.
The bundle must have its own standard product identifier or manufacturer part number. The identifier of any individual product in the bundle may not serve as the identifier for the bundle. Using a UPC from any single product in the bundle to identify the entire bundle may lead to immediate removal of the listing. You are responsible for obtaining a UPC for each bundle you create.
For more details, see the Product Bundling Policy page.
I hope this helps.
Regards,
- Manny
