Related Account Risk of Deactivation
Hello, my name is Adam. I am at risk of deactivation because Amazon believes I am related to my fathers deactivated account. I am currently maintaining a 1000 account health score and fulfilling over 10,000 units per month with FBA. I want to emphasize that I've always operated independently of him without any business overlap whether that would be financially, or operationally. I believe one of the root causes to be that at one point in time we had the same shipping address because we live in the same house. I want to add I moved my operations to a warehouse way before his account was deactivated as indicated by Amazon Account Health Support. He also had user permissions access to my account because he simply wanted to view my sales as my father, which has been revoked way before this risk was put upon my account. I also want to add that my fathers account was created multiple months after mine, confirming our distinct separation. Does anyone have any tips or success in appealing this kind of violation apart from trying to get his account back, because we have tried everything. Thanks in advance!

On Amazon it is going to be pretty hard.
Once you are linked, you are linked, and you allowed him to have access.
" he simply wanted to view my sales as my father,"
Were you a minor (NOT of age to have a business) when you opened your account on Amazon? If so, that alone would be cause for an immediate suspension for fraud.

The case log is 15657568101. Can you tag the mods? I don't know their @.

If you believe that you guys got linked somehow, you do not need to worry for it at this moment. You need to worry if one of your accounts got suspended. Because in order to get suspended for a related account suspension, the related account must be deactivated for some reason. If you guys got linked but still active, no problem But let say one of you got suspended because the ODR rate went over 5% for example, then the other account gets suspended too.
But is this mean you are cool now, of course not. Either way, you cannot just wait like that. Because let say even if one of your account got suspended, the other account needs to be closed right away before get suspended. But of course it is not possible because if you would like to close an account you must not be receiving any sale for 3 months and your FBA inventory needs to be empty. Eventually you will be suspended in this 3 months so this is so risky too.
Trust me, one of the worst scenarios in Amazon is definitely related account suspension. At least you know you got linked with your father here. But there are lots of sellers who opens their computers in public cafes or airports, and there are tons of sellers there. IP address is a problem too. Let say you got linked with someone in the airport, you cannot even find that person.
At least this is your father here, so at least you will be knowing the person who you got linked with. So my suggestion is close the accounts immediately and open new ones. I know it is ridiculous now to terminate a beautiful account with perfect feedbacks, but once you get linked, you are always linked, there is no way to fix this.
If you still don't want to close the accounts, my suggestion is to sign a partnership agreement with your father/father's company and use this real agreement as a proof. Because once one of you get suspended, you can provide your agreement along with a termination letter to prove ''Yes we know the other account. We were partners with that company, but for some reasons we terminated our business relations.'' bla bla bla, I saw this worked. It is the only way. Otherwise you cannot just prove that the other account owner was your father and you both were running your businesses separately, there is no way to prove that.
So my ultimate decision would be closing the accounts. Because I got linked with my father's account and suspended many times, eventually I had to close the accounts and open a new one.

I took a look over everything you've posted and saw you provided a case, thank you @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp again for the request and continued support!
I was able to confirm that our review teams had completed their review of the situation and on 7/26, you should have received a notification resolving this concern of association. Since you had originally mentioned this was a risk of being deactivated, was the warning removed from the account health page?
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
