Used Cainaio and Canada Post (Both Integrated) However, my VTR is now under 2% even though tracking has said items delivered.

Hello Friends,

I used the suggested shipping platforms (CAINAIO & Canada Post) since I started on Amazon. I work so hard to meet Amazon Standards of service and was able to make 605 order successfully ship out on time. I treat my customers well, going above and beyond to make sure that they are taken care of as much as Im able. I found my VTR to be under 2% even though I only use suggested integrated shipping companies and now refunds are going out for items marked delivered in shipping tracking apps. I am getting very scared about my future financially on this platform as I have sent out all orders but they are not recording as delivered. It is now affecting my ODR and entirety of my business. I would appreciate any help and guidance on this matter as I do really enjoy working with Amazon and would like to fix these issues and rectify the refunds that should not have gone through as items were received. I look forward to hearing your input.

Yes thank you, did a week of updating Canada Post and Cainaio as I did not know it wasn't automated because the initial shipping was done with Cainaio with is on the integrated drop down menu (Canada and US Amazon). I was told to reconfirm when delivered, I did but still not being recognized. Went through 300-400 orders from Black Friday was done.

I am still at 30% even though both are are the integrated list for carriers. Any updates to system if it is on Amazon side or suggestions if somehow putting in the correct shipping was done in a way I could improve on. I appreciate the help with this matter in any way possible. Thank you Amazon as I do enjoy working with this platform and this has caused my seller acct to be put on hold for Canada. I submitted mass appeal but they are still saying valid tracking needs to be submitted. Though I sent in POD, Tracking snapshots, and proof of on time shipment Many days earlier than suggested as I worked 18 hr days to be good to my customers... and invoice of inventory for orders. .

Help would be greatly appreciated :) I have missed out on sales shutting down for almost 2 weeks during strike (Q4) to be safe and now having right s to sell in Canada. Where I do 99% of my business, as this is my home. Told I wouldnt be deactivated as it was being fixed, not to worry. Then deactivated Dec 31, 2024... submitted 4 appeals thus far I believe (all info of 114 pages) proving it was out of my control for it to still be denied. Yet still charged for seller accts.

I am scared and stressed as I have not been paid more than 424ish cad since Oct 10 and sold 11.2gs. Lost about 500- a grand to customer claims from strike, even though 90% were delivered and all proven the shipping is valid in appeals and with drop down menu carrier. As I respect the standards of Amazon and want longevity working with the Amazon Team. appreciate your input and assistance.

I also have done my very best for delivery, but due to strike my on-time delivery was affected. Any help would be beneficial. I am unsure wht my vtr and on-time shipping are so different. As it shows tracking validated dor delivery info.

I am confused, Also with why On-time shipment was counted during strike. Hopefully this number even though not 100 from strike affected deliveries shows how hard I tried. Even tried to get around strike by using different carriers (cainaio on amazon drop down). I thought we were told it would be acknowledged that customs and sorting centers were clogged with packages not picked up by Canada Post during strike. It almost broke our country, the government had to step in as small businesses like myself lost 1.4 billion during strike (Nov 14-Dec 15 2024) and that doesnt even count what we lost after. Normal NEW parcel delivery in Canada was announced normal standards by Canada Post Jan 6, 2025. Though this does not entail all packages still stuck and being distributed as fast as the teams of deliveries companies are trying to sort through. I believe Canada Post has been trying to help with packages they affected, because some of the ones I shipped with Cainaio have end miled with Canada Post. Though not how I planned. Hope this can be helped.

I also received 3 one stars from customers that were affected by strike with delay, though this was promised not to happen. I believe they got through because of being in French(one of our national languages). 2 out of 3 of these customers found it too difficult to correct negative review. In tried finding the area on my partners phone and it was extremely difficult and seemingly impossible even for me to try to find how to edit review. Can this be more available on mobile and cpu for customers.

Here is an example of one that they found too difficult to fix. Even though I walked them through provided steps. This review was posted Dec 16, 2024. They received their Canada Post Delayed package shortly after and thanked me for it but could not find how to fix.

Thank you for your time and consideration on this troublesome issue. I am very scared financially from not being paid and not being able to sell. As this is my source of income to repay cost fo income that is now going to credit and accumulating interest charges.

I would recommend downloading the VTR report to see which of your shipments are being treated as having invalid tracking. It could be a problem with your method of updating shipment info or it could be amazon.ca screwing things up again.

amazon.ca seems to have fiddled with the VTR calculation as their response to the Canada Post strike. None of my Canada Post tracked shipments are currently being counted for VTR.

And a google search on CAINAIO shows some old threads on the USA side of the amazon forums talking about VTR issues when using them.
