Filing a Claim with UPS on shipping purchased through Amazon for FBM
i tried to start a case, but got no help. Purchased a label from Amazon. Shipment is lost. I can't file a claim with UPS because Amazon is the shipper of record, not me. Can someone help? Is there a form or a link?

How about that. Shippers want the purchaser of the shipping to file a claim, not some removed party who's name cannot be found. It does sound like there is some back-room dealings going on here, doesn't it?
Don't worry though, Amazon has you covered.
Amazon's INR Policy as shown to the buyer:
Amazon policy states, buyers can first file a claim after the earlier of the following occurs: 3 calendar days after the maximum estimated delivery date or 30 days after the order date.
The latest buyers can file a claim is 90 days from the maximum estimated delivery date. That said, it is possible for buyers to submit claims after these timeframes if Amazon finds that an investigation into the matter is warranted, including cases where an incorrect item has been sent.
Amazon's policy as shown to the Seller:
Product shipped with tracking—in transit
You will not be held liable (when an order was not delivered by the end of the EDD range) if:
The order was shipped within two business days from the date of the order.
Tracking information shows an expected delivery in the near future.
You may be held liable if:
Tracking information does not show expected delivery within a reasonable time. This policy applies to packages lost in transit, as well.
Your Solution is in Amazon's wording.
You do not file a claim with the shipper. You instruct the buyer to file an INR claim. (remember for some buyers Amazon has blocked issuing INR claim refunds because of their abuse of the system). Amazon will pay the claim and then you file the appeal if the funds are deducted from your account..
In your appeal you only use the portion that states; You will not be held liable (when an order was not delivered by the end of the EDD range (date). On that date, NO shipper would say the product is lost. It will take weeks before a shipper says something to that effect.
In youe claim, all of that is irreverent, as you are only concerned about the status on the day after the missed delivery date.
We use this rational and have always received a full reimbursement of the claim.

Hello @Seller_PTlxYn4jL0UAO! There's a help page on what to do if a buyer doesn't receive their order here. To file a claim, you will need to go through UPS. You can find the information on the following help pages:
UPS Shipping Services and Restrictions
Optional coverage for loss or damage
I know that those pages list two different phone numbers, however, 1-800-711-5914 is a line dedicated to Amazon sellers. If you were denied making a claim via that number, please let me know and I will send a direct case to you for more private information concerning the details, and escalate.
