Unfortunately, this is how this policy operates from A to Z, where the issue is that if because of policies that they made, one has a fault, even if it is unfair, they already deny the appeal.

We only have the right to an appeal and once resolved in favor of the buyer, there is nothing more to do, there is no way to reverse that decision, and if they help you they answer you that why such a policy, with that they have reason to give your money and product.

I hope that they really work (which they already have enough) to modify those failures, but apparently they are not going to do it.
