A new seller is hijacking my private label product listing - help!
Today, a new seller (DENHO) has hijacked my product listing:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BZSP3Y1G/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A3T7LJM1W5IWES&psc=1
As DENHO's price is ridiculously low (several times below cost), it is the listing that customers see. We are unable to sell. As DENHO will be unable to fufil orders, customers will demand refunds and will leave negative reviews against my product which will damage our brand. Also we will be unable to have the "Low Price" flag if we decide to reduce our price. DENHO has also listed other people's products with the same ridiculously low price.
This hijacking sounds like a common problem.
I have gone round and round with Amazon Brand Registry asking them to remove the listing explaining that I am the brand owner and manufacturer who has not authorised anyone else to distribute the product. They keep responding with the following canned response:
---
"Thank you for your report of listed product(s) that may not match the detail page description. We cannot take action on your report because of the reasons listed below.
Amazon respects a manufacturer's right to enter into exclusive distribution agreements for its products. As the enforcement of these agreements is a matter between the manufacturer and the retailers, it would not be appropriate for Amazon to assist in enforcement activities."
---
Can anyone help?

First ... @Seller_hxfTVbxcGneDg provide the case number from which you got that reply.
@KJ_Amazon @Danika_Amazon @Cooper_Amazon
Details that we uncovered.
DENHO leads to an owner who is a condominium association as a business on Amazon? Really?
DENHO store was just launched and every item is $4.99 … all 150+ pages of listings … Really?

OP is in Brand Registry and states the they do not sell to anyone at wholesale therefore DENHO can not be selling his product (DENHO will not be able to produce a LOA).
The shear volume of $4.99 listings screams fraud ... especially when it is a "just launched" store.

Find them on Twitter. @amznsellerhelp and tweet about it. They'll connect you with someone who will investigate. Give that person your case info and they'll escalate if possible.
Not guaranteed, but seen it work a few times.

Have you been able to resolve this? If so, what steps did you take? I have about 9 highjacked listings and it's the same runaround, I absolutely can not get 1 single rep to fix these after months of open cases. Please share your experience, it may help give more insight. Thank you and good luck.

Glad it was resolved, but what's infuriating about this is the steps required to get AMAZON to do anything.
Seller did all the right things - custom product, trademark, brand registration, filed cases - but it took a public posting on this forum to get the scammer shut down.
Meanwhile, customers were placing orders for something that would never arrive, and the new seller had red flags all over his listings and company profile.
