Shipping from China to USA Amazon FBA using Amazon partnered carrier
Hello.
I am an Amazon seller and periodically send goods from China to the USA Amazona FBA.
My supplier always takes all responsibility for carrier and forward.
Amazon also offers cheap partnered carriers but TAX/Duties does not include the cost.
Was there anybody who used Amazon-partnered carriers? If yes how do they solve Tax/Duty fees when it arrive in the USA?

Does the partnered carrier use our supplier's invoice value for customs, or do they use the Amazon selling price for customs?
