inaccurate freight weights/dims

I have been getting notifications about inaccurate weights/dimensions and freight class information for my shipments. I checked with the warehouse and everything that we have submitted is accurate. When I disputed the error, it was automatically rejected stating that the carrier has the final say in this response. How do we dispute this claim?

For your first appeal, navigate to Seller Central, go to Performance, then Shipping Performance. Locate the specific shipment in question and click "Dispute Charge." You'll need to upload all documentation mentioned above and provide a detailed explanation in the comments section.

If your first appeal is denied, open a case with Seller Support. Select "FBA Issues" then "Transportation." Make sure to include the case number from your first appeal, upload all documentation again, and specifically request escalation to the Transportation Team.
