Typically, buyer phone numbers are not shared with sellers. Instead, sellers are shown an anonymized phone number. You can find more information on customer phone numbers right here.
That said, if you need additional information from the buyer that is necessary for completing an order, you can send a critical message. Please note that the word important must be surrounded by brackets to be effective. For example, the subject line should be "[Important] Need additional information" or "Need additional information [Important]."
