Amzon helped SCAMMER as always and we lost money, an item and got defect!

We shipped an item from Europe to Mexico with express service On March 07, 2025 and estimated delivery time was shown to the buyer was April 17, 2025. Package reached Mexico on March 12, 2025 and UPS contacted the buyer to get information needed for import clearance. The buyer ignored and UPS tried to get in touch every day. The buyer ignored and waited till Amazon estimated delivery time is due. On April 23, 2025 almost month later the buyer contacted us at told that he does not know where is the package ! Liar - the tracking was available from the first day of dispatch! We asked the buyer to contact UPS asap as if the buyer refuses to provide ID package will be shipped back to us. The buyer told us that he contacted UPS and package is being returned . IT WAS A LIE! It was not returned and still waited in UPS warehouse. We asked the buyer to contact UPS again.
On April 24, 2025 the buyer opene an AZ claim and ofcourse got a refunded, and next day he finally contacted UPS and on April 25, 2025 he received package! Very smart! Amazon is ideal pale to scam sellers and get free stuff! This is not fair and not possible to appeal!
We contacted the buyer today but no response!

- Report the buyer behavior through your Seller Central account
- Consider updating your shipping policies for international orders
- Keep all communications professional and within Amazon's platform
