However, I have not received any tracking ID or updates regarding the shipment. I would like to understand:
How can I track the progress of this removal order?
When can I expect the products to arrive at my address?

You may receive these units every now and then for a period of 30-60 days or maybe more.
To check the tracking Ids, you need to open your removal order, and check shipped units and their tracking Ids.
