I don't use Printful but first they'd need to have integration option to do this.
So assuming they do, there should be a place in their setting something called Integration or Sales Channel setup.
How it's done depends on Printful's Amazon integration frustructure, some setup guides you through a setup wizard while others may need you go to Amazon Third-Party Manage Authorization setting and set up permission for them first. They usually would have some sort of instruction on their integration setup page to guide you, follow that.

Same issue. New Pro account, perfectly healthy. When clicking on "Connect" button on Printful stores page, Printful appears as an authorized app in my Amazon's Manage Apps page but when redirected to Printful I get the same "Dang" message.
I contacted the Printful team, they tried to connect my account manually using my credentials and got back saying there is something wrong with my Amazon seller account.

In order to connect to printful, you will need a the amazon professional plan 39.99 / month. With the individual plan which you most likely have (1.49 per purchase ) it won't connect.
