Item non-returnable?
Hello,
Is there a way to make an item non-returnable or is it something only Amazon decides? I know Amazon can mark some hazmat items as non-returnable, but is it possible for the seller to specify it on its listing for an ASIN of his choice?
We sell a product that includes special items that can be used only once, then it is linked to the customer's device and can't be reused. Buying a new one with the supplier is now impossible.

Currently, only Amazon can determine if the product is non-returnable. This feature is no longer available for the selling partners.
If you encounter a situation where you consider Amazon should review and evaluate your product, please open a case with Selling Partner Support for them to investigate and determine if this can be updated in your product.
