All my listings are gone. They have disappeared from Manage all Inventory.

This morning I got an order that I have already shipped. I had about 7 listings in total (5 were listed by me and 2 were that I selling as Me too). I had ad-campaigns running on my listings and they are all gone. I cannot find any of the listings and there is nothing. I can still see the past orders that I dispatched and the business reports show me the ASINs and everything, but I cannot see any item. What to do?

The case number is 16914613071. This what I got in my inbox from Amazon support. The email stated the following

Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

I understand that you contacted about the removed listing on your Inventory.

After further investigate your case, the ASINs you previously had, went scheduled with the attributte "product_site_removal_date" for today.

In that case, you will need to re list your listings, as a recommendation to use the previous information you had, you can download a Category Listing Report, and then use the same report to relist all products.

Once the product are listed already on your inventory set a new product_site_removal_date or remove it completely. After the listings are created SP Support can help the seller with that attribute.

I didn't have any product_site_removal_date on it. I don't know what happened here.

I wanted to follow up with you and see if you were able to relist your items? I did take a look at your account and see that there are now a few active listings in your inventory. Please let us know if you are still having any issues with any other inventory disappearing and we'd be happy to look into it.
