Trying to report a scam on Amazon with no help from Amazon

I finally figured out a scam on Amazon & Ive been trying to report it with no luck or Amazon just doesn't care. A month ago about 10 businesses popped up on Amazon all similar and all stealing my images and description. Listing my stuff as their own. I couldnt figure out why until suspicious activity happened on my etsy store as well. They seem to be from China. Amazon holds any money for 30 days to check for scams and need proof of delivery with tracking before they release the money. So they are using my Etsy shop to purchase with stolen credit cards to purchase the same item they sold on amazon. Having me ship it to a different address and using the tracking number they got from me on Etsy to put on Amazon as if it was them shipping it. They were targeting only my listings that shipped fast. So, I have had to take them all down. Losing money. But at least I finally figured it out and will try and prevent it in the future. People are horrible. Im a small business and this is wrong. Shame on Amazon for not doing anything about it. You would think they would want to stop them before they do more damage.. The same sellers tareting my small business is targeting hundreds of other items as well.

All Ive received from Amazon is a follow up email saying to apply for infringement and proof of copyright etc... Customer service was zero help and claimed that the only help is to file infringement and there are no managers available. I dont have trademarks on my stuff and Im not going thru the hassle anymore.

purchase with stolen credit cards

Report that to the police. There is a special US site for ecommerce fraud, report it there. In fact, I don't believe it's Amazon's task to investigate that. If I understand well, on Amazon they sell your authentic products, isn't it? The fraud happens on Etsy in this case.

Hi there @Seller_jT6cnwVUoNg4b

You definitely come to the forums with an interesting problem! That being said, what @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC states above is good advice. On top of that, trying to report this through Etsy as well is a good idea as this is where the root cause of the activity is occurring.

If you want to vaguely talk about the proof you have around this scheme, I can see if there's any route for me to take this!
