Mysterious Charge from amazon.mx
Hey guys,
I made a purchase this past weekend on normal amazon.com US and for this purchase, i added a new credit card. This card is in now way associated with my seller account, but my seller account and buying account is linked via the same email. Anyway, today i noticed a charge for $13.13 ($235.56 pesos) on this new card and nobody in amazon so far knows what its for.
The agent suggested i log into amazonn.mx and see the transactions there, it shows exactly as it does for US site but its not linked to any orders, i don't have any orders on amazon.mx.
As a seller i am new and have no active listings, my account came default with .ca and .mx but i have no listings on any marketplace yet. So i am unsure what this could be, any ideas?

It sounds like Amazon is splitting up your monthly subscription fee; I take it you are on the Professional Selling Plan.
Amazon will split the fee between ca, mx, and us, and it still comes out to around $39.99 a month.
If you do not want the fee split, go under your Account Info → Going on Vacation, select 'Edit,' and mark ca and mx as Inactive > 'Save.'
If you decide to add inventory at some point under the other Marketplaces, Amazon will split the fees even if you have them set on vacation.

Steve from Amazon here. I just reviewed the latest update in the case you created and it looks like @Medic was spot on the money with their thoughts. This charge is for the monthly subscription fee for the Professional Selling plan and was split across the 3 marketplaces.
