Amazon Vine Reviews Disappeared -Help Needed to Fix
Hello,
I have had Amazon Vine Reviews for 4 of the listings. When I tried creating a mother listing to connect all 4 child listing together. Amazon Vine reviews merged and it showed total reviews together for all 4 listings.
After a few hours of merging 4 listings as a variant, half of the reviews disappeared automatically. I then tried to delete the parent listing to see if all 4 listings independently show the original number of reviews that we had.
After separating all 4 listings from the parent listing, the reviews were reduced to almost very less for each listing. When I check the Amazon Vine dashboard, it shows the correct reviews that we received for each listing, but now it does not reflect on each listing what it should be.
Below are the ASINs for which the reviews are not showing:
1) B0DSGFNJL5 (Current Vine reviews - 19/30)
2) B0F6DHCRPY (Current Vine reviews - 25/30)
3) B0DR3GQNLS - Please note this listing had 27 reviews and was enrolled through a parent listing B0DT4RQKTD by mistake. (Current Vine reviews - 26/30)
4) B0DQXKR13L (Current Vine reviews - 29/30)
Our intention was to show all the above 4 variants together so it's easier for customers to shop each fragrance type. We had no idea that it would mess up the reviews. Our intention was good, which is to help customers shop variants together.
We paid around $800 for all 4 listings for 30 Vine reviews. We would appreciate it if you could please help restore my reviews.
But now that we have separated the listings, we would appreciate it if you could please restore each ASIN's reviews back to what they show on the Vine dashboard.

post.AS per the latest Amazon policy, your listing will retain maximum of 30 reviews when merged in parent, child relationship. Means listed as variation. Amazon retains the most useful reviews when product is merged. Other discarded, if more than 30. Same rule may be causing the issue when parent child relationship is again broken.

Thanks for posting here. As per the Track your Amazon Vine reviews page, reviews are aggregated at the parent ASIN level, not individual variations. If you merge ASINs later, we don’t guarantee that all reviews will be retained.
There’s a limit on the number of Vine reviews that can be retained at the parent ASIN level per Amazon store. Please refer to the table on the above page to see the number of units and maximum amount of reviews retained for each enrollment tier.
Example 1: You enroll ASIN A and ASIN B in the top tier (enrollment fee of $200) of Amazon Vine. ASIN A gets 30 Vine reviews, and ASIN B gets 30 Vine reviews. If you later merge ASIN A and ASIN B under a new parent ASIN C, only a maximum of 30 Vine reviews with the highest quality will be retained for ASIN C. Any additional Vine reviews beyond 30 will not be featured.
