Urgent Help Needed – Amazon Seller Account Deactivated & Payments on Hold

Dear Amazon Seller Community,

I am writing this to bring attention to a serious issue affecting multiple Amazon sellers, including myself and some of my friends. Our accounts have been wrongfully deactivated, and Amazon is holding our hard-earned money without valid justification.

My Seller Details:

Store Name: AARIJ MART INDIA SITE-2

What Happened?

✅ Account Deactivated Without Warning: Amazon suspended my seller account under Section 3 of the Business Solutions Agreement, without giving me a fair chance to resolve any issues.

✅ Payments on Hold: My pending disbursements are blocked, even though I have fulfilled all orders and customers have received their products.

✅ Customer Refunds Not Processed Properly: Amazon has processed A-to-Z claims in favor of customers without returning the products to me, causing huge financial losses.

✅ No Proper Response from Support: Despite multiple escalations to

My Friends’ Accounts Are Also Affected!

This is not just happening to me. Several of my seller friends have also faced:

Sudden account deactivation despite maintaining a good account health score.

Our Appeal to Amazon & the Seller Community:

📌 Amazon needs to stop unfair account suspensions and payment holds. Sellers cannot operate if we are constantly at risk of losing access to our accounts and money.

📌 If Amazon decides to hold payments, they must provide a valid reason and a timeline for disbursement.
