Some company called Delecia Retail is using my Brand name illegaly
My brand name is Wood Worx. I was earlier was selling on Amazon using this brand name with the email address and mobile and i discontinued and deactivated my account a few years back. Now I see that some company called Delecia Retail is using my brand name Wood Worx and selling my products almost 20 of them. i Think this is a violation. I do not think amazon is aware of this. Kindly help

If you have a registered trade name and are registered with Amazon Brand Registry, you can file a violation report.

Follow these steps-
First write a mail to the company Delecia Retails asking for the brand use authority and also tell them that you will be writing to amazon for intellectual property violation for which your account may be deactivated .
Wait for the reply.
Either they will provide the proof ,otherwise they will close the listings

send them inbox warning to remove..if they don't act report Amazon with all relevant screenshot. If still things don't work you're free for legal action on seller and also Amazon
