UPS Tracking numbers not updating?
Anybody else seeing UPS tracking numbers not updating on Amazon Seller Central order detail page?
Just had inquiry from customer about their shipment, last update on order details page is from 01/15 “arrived at carrier facility.” When you check on UPS.com, it says delivered 01/17.

I know they don’t usually update the Postal tracking too quickly, not sure about UPS.
Tell the buyer when it was delivered and hopefully they will locate it.

Never trust Amazon’s tracking. Always check the carrier’s website.

same issue. bunch of customers messaging us they did not receive the packages and UPS site clearly show delivered.
