I CAN'T LIST ANY BOOKS
I was selling books without having any issues till last Saturday. Then I contacted support, and they told me my account was in "Vocation Mode". I didn't even know this mode existed. Somehow my vocation mode became ON automatically. The agent helped me to change my vocation mode status and told me to wait 24-48 hours, then I would be able to continue adding more books.
After 48 hours passed, I called support again, they found it strange because my account was in perfect condition without having issues after 6,000 sales, and %100 positive seller feedback. The agent told me, it was probably an algorithm/system issue I was facing and told me to contact "Amazon Brand Registry Support". A friend of mine also mentioned that when switching vocation mode, sometimes the algorithm messes up.
For the last 4 days, I’ve been getting this message for every book I try to list, including books I listed shortly before:
- This product has other listing limitations. Learn more
- Refurbished condition
- You are not approved to list this product and we are not accepting applications at this time.
I’ve been selling here for about 3 years and never encountered anything like it. My account is active and I’m still getting sales, just unable to list literally any ISBN that I enter. Examples: 0593356152, 0316017930, 1681191075, etc. (basically all products in #Book category). I am able to list other products in other categories.
I have contacted Amazon support but they kept sending me copy/paste replies. This is my only source of income. So I am seeking real help from here.

I checked a couple of your sample ISBNs.
For one I found a restriction. Do you see this screen?

If so, what happens when you click on Request approval?
For me, one of two things will happen -- another screen to request approval, this time with yellow button. Then approval instantly granted.
Or, you are sent to a page to watch a video and take the "I am not a moron" test.
After than approval is instantly granted.
Then comes the waiting. Have to wait some time -- from a few hours up to a day or so. Usually just a few hours. You just have to try again from time to time.

Hello, did you have a chance to find a solution to this? We're currently having the same problem. I checked my vacation settings are made sure that it is not ON. Please advise.
