I can't add my address to send to FBA
Hi, I am new to Amazon FBA and am having the same issue as others in this forum. When I try to send my inventory, I need to add a "ship from" address. I have entered all the details of my address and phone number (although I sometimes also can't get the phone number field to verify the input data), the "Save and Close" button is still greyed out, so I cannot proceed with creating my FBA shipment.

This may not help much, but the issue is on your end.
- Is the address in the US? (If you are trying to use Partnered Shipping)
- Do you have the space in Amazon Storage available?
- Is the item permitted in FBA?
All we can do here is guess. There is a reason, you just have to find it.

Addresses need to be entered in many places on Amazon. Some are even the third or fourth menu down. Return addresses must be entered separately for returns, return address, FBA returns, Removal return etc. I found this out when I recently moved. I thought I had found all the places that you needed to enter an address.... then several FBA automatic removals went to my old address! I found that address location in the third level down menu and fixed it. Amazon requires you have an address listed in all those separate sections before you can send to FBA.

Hi @Seller_Zns08KBt4qKpY,
Steve from Amazon here, thanks for reaching out in the Forums. I am checking in here to see if this issue is still occurring for you. If so, please provide me with the case ID created to Seller Support for this.
In the meantime, please review this resource regarding sending shipments to Amazon in case this helps.
Thanks,
Steve
