One of our users is having a tough time logging into their Seller Central account. They're receiving the following message. Does anyone know how to bypass this? We've tried deleting cookies, history, etc.

Hi there, my name is CR and wanted to hop in here to see if you were still facing this issue here? I realize you posted this just an hour ago, so assuming you may still be facing the issue but wanted to doublecheck. It looks like your account may potentially still be in 'pending' status. Have you been able to successfully log in previously?
The best step here is to reach out directly to Seller Support by following this link and providing as much detail and relevant screen shots to them with where you are facing this error as possible.
