A-Z customer is unfair and my ODR score is affected
Hello, I am really surprised as a seller. I send a UPS return label to the customer in early October. The customer sends his return with another carrier, not with this return label, and does not inform me. Then it opens A-Z. Based on the information provided by the customer, I am contacting the Amazon main warehouse for the return made with the other company, but it has not been processed into the system yet. I make the refund so that our customer does not have to wait, and as a seller, my ODR score is negatively affected. Can I get information about this? The customer has not even contacted me as a seller before and is opening A-z. I would like my ODR score to be corrected. Order number: 701-7934784-5334656

Our A-to-Z claims team has replied back and unfortunately the decision will remain unchanged.
They have mentioned to please check your return address as it seems it has a Fulfillment Center information.
