Need help with GCC certificate compliance

Greeting,

I have submitted on 8/28 about the button battery (GCC) compliance. From 8/28 to today, more than 15 bussiness days have passed, but still under review.

case ID:15920297961

I have seeked for help for several times, but the seller support always replied to wait. I have one product waited for more than 40 days to be approved. So I don't think that sellers should wait while seller support just do nothing.

The link was deleted on the day it was required to submit the compliance. And the audit team has not been with me even to give me audit progress information well. I am very frustrated. Can you please help me get this to related team and get the ASIN approved? I really need this fixed ASAP. Thank you!
