Possible Canada Post Strike - Chit Chat Integration Please!
I know this was discussed several months ago during the Canada Post strike in December. Can we PLEASE have Chit Chats as a verified courier? They offer great rates for tracking, with photo proof upon delivery.
Really need Amazon to consider this option due to this pending strike; Chit Chats is great for small business and can ship small items at low rates unlike UPS or DHL.

Chit Chats is not a courier. They use other companies (including Canada Post) to do the actual deliveries.

I have the same concerns, so I'm going to pause the sale because there's no way to fix this problem, and I lost my cart the last time Canada Post went on strike.
And Amazon keeps sending “your package may be lost” emails. This cost me an additional $8,000. Many of the packages received from customers keep coming back for refunds as well. Even if the package has been delivered. But as long as they do an A-Z and have email support, the money still disappears from our account. Not only was my money taken away, but my store was docked for performance, which was terrible. I don't want to go through that again.

They don't track Purolator or Canada Post correctly and haven't for over a year... can't imagine Chit Chats is going to get integrated properly anytime soon!

I love Chit Chat and they have great rates. I have also tried to get them integrated.
