I do FBM why am I still limited to reach the Prime members?

I want to know why if I am drop shipping and has no product at Amazon facility, I am being limit to my products being seen by Prime Members when I still pay my monthly fee like everyone else. As a new seller which already hard to rank up, why this disadvantage and what other options I have for my products to be seen by Prime members. I am a prime member myself and still don't get all my orders same day or next day all the time. So what good is it to limit FBM sellers, when I have no goods stores at any facility? This is a very unfair process to us sellers.

First, what are you drop shipping? That in itself could be a problem.

As @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9mentioned, you may have an issue with your business model. Amazon isn't keen on drop shipping (in general).

Prime members can buy from whomever they want. They can choose to buy something from Amazon, or a 3rd party seller that has their items at FBA, or a 3rd party seller who is FBM. There's no restriction.

Prime shipping was created to reassure customers that they would get their order because it was coming directly from an Amazon warehouse -- and it would come fast.

As a 3rd party seller you can offer fast or slow shipping. If you want, you can make your standard next day delivery.

Your post brings up two issues.

The most important one to you is that you are on the fast track to suspension (losing your account) through drop shipping.

The other is that Prime offers are either from Amazon or from sellers participating in Seller Fulfilled Prime. I am not sure if Amazon is even accepting applications for that program.

Most sellers who have tried it have changed their mind after a trial period.

What is unfair is people that don't invest in a real business and just take the "softer easier way" (until they are suspended).

PLEASE read the following before you are suspended permanently:

You are confusing AMAZON allowing you to list (or at least "ungate") an item or category and actually being APPROVED to sell a product. AMAZON is only interested in FEES. They will allow a chimpanzee to list if it means they collect $$$$$.

You really need to go study Seller U instead of TikTok and YouTube before your account gets kicked to the curb permanently.

Since you don't appear to have done that PLEASE pay attention to the following:

The first question is -- Are you authorized IN WRITING by the BRAND to sell their items on Amazon?

More and more brands have provided a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.

The second (and probably more important) question is already answered. You are NOT buying direct from the brand or through an AUTHORIZED wholesale source.

When Amazon says in Seller U to use an Authorized Reseller they mean an AUTHORIZED (by the BRAND) Wholesale Distributor – NOT some random wholesale distributor and ABSOLUTELY NOT from a retail store that has “thousands of brands” in stock but is NOT authorized by the brand to sell wholesale.

Hello @Seller_f7lEp5jLDsmXE Thank you for your question about shipping to Amazon customers.

I would appreciate it if you could give us some more details.

As @Seller_z3XfkorVSmnEY wrote, Prime members can still see and purchase your items, but they will not be Prime-eligible. There is a Seller-Fulfilled Prime program but it is not accepting new sellers at this time.
