If amazon strikes out a feedback ("This item was fulfilled by Amazon, and we take responsibility for this fulfillment experience.")
Then the customer goes and posts the same text as a review to a product. Basically copy/paste to the reviews part of a product.
How does keeping that review in - but striking out the exact same text in the seller feedback section - how is this fair or make any sense whatsoever? If its not good to go in the feedback it should be removed from the reviews.
I posted this as a case (15649796341) - but seller support just keeps telling me how to remove the feedback (but that was already removed) - so really not even reading the text in my support ticket.
Any experience in this area?

Just about anything other than obscenity or hate speech is allowed in reviews; review content guidelines are vastly different than feedback content guidelines.

The rules are very different for seller feedback and product review.
Product reviews are never removed by Amazon in response to seller complaint. When Amazon does remove product review(s) it will be for reasons of their own.

Honestly, do not even waste your time on feedback revisions. You will spin your wheels for hours and get nothing. Accept it and sell sell sell!

Many of us think it's not fair that Amazon fixes feedback for FBA sellers w/o warning buyers. If you look at the actual feedback from the Ships from Amazon sellers, many of them have strikeouts that have nothing to do with Amazon's performance.

Using the case ID, I was able to locate the crossed out feedback, but do not see a review with the same exact text as you mentioned. If you think any review departs from Amazon's Community Guidelines, you can use the process from that page to report it to Amazon. Can you confirm if you've already reported through that pathway or solely opened the case with support directly?
If you have already reported it, could you provide a direct link to the review in question so I can confirm if it can be escalated internally?

You will not get it removed. Amazon has zero common sense.
I sold a mechanical part to a customer, a part used to repair an industrial piece of equipment, an air compressor. The customer left a review saying that his wife was unable to achieve an climax when he used this mechanical part on her, in their bedroom at night.
I tried to get Amazon to remove the review. I tired explaining to Amazon that the customer is saying that he used an air compressor part to help his wife achieve adult pleasure.
Amazon's reply to me was that the customer is entitled to his opinion and that there was no problem with what the customer wrote.
The moral of the story is that the customer can say almost anything.
