Account Health Rating number dropped for no reason

HI,

my Account Health Rating number dropped by about 10 points suddenly, with no changes in my 100% perfect performance numbers in all categories . WTH? All feedback is fine, 5 star. Voice of the Customer is also 5 star. Seller Fulfilled inventory is fine. Buy Box also dropped with the Health Rating. Account Suspension banner is still showing despite verification in all categories except waiting for the Amazon address postcard, which it says on tracking they haven't even mailed. All else is verified.

I tried to request a call and was told via automation to email through help, but I only get a referred article about account health with no option for contact. I can't even open a case. Phone calls aren't being answered.

Any idea why Health Ratings just dive for no reason?

One parameter that affects the calculation is the number of transaction for the last 60 days, compare to previous dates.

For each 200 transactions we get 4 points...if the number of transactions falls, so amazon deducts 4 points.

Hello @Betsy_s_Fancy_Fudge,

Thank you for your post,

my Account Health Rating number dropped by about 10 points suddenly

I can see there are concerns with the account health rating and the sudden loss of 10 points.

with no changes in my 100% perfect performance numbers in all categories .

I wanted to offer some reassurance on this section as the request for INFORM Consumer Act documentation, or verification of information does not impact the feature offer eligibility, or the account health rating.

For each 200 transactions we get 4 points...if the number of transactions falls, so amazon deducts 4 points.

As @SHAHAR mentioned n this section, the account health rating is based off 2 factors. Policy compliance, and order volume.

Every account starts with 200 points, you will lose points based off policy compliance and the individual impact each violation may have. When you have completed 200 orders over the last 180-days, or 6 months, you will earn an additional 4 points.

You will subsequently lose 4 points as your overall order volume falls. This calculation is consistently in fluctuation due to completed orders, if you have no policy compliance issues.

I would suggest reviewing our account health rating: frequently asked questions. This page offers a similar but more in depth understanding of this calculation.

This is a section from this help page on the account health rating:

To calculate your AHR, all new sellers start with a score of 200. Points are deducted from your AHR score each time we find a new policy violation, and added back when you successfully address that violation. Point values for each violation are based on severity level and typically range from 2 to 8, though critical violations automatically bring your AHR score to zero. Also, if you violate the same policy multiple times, in some cases negative point values double per repeat violation. To ensure your AHR is evaluated in context of the size of your business, you also gain 4 points for every 200 successful orders you fulfilled over the last 180 days.
