Error code 5885
Please help! We have been recently adding new products to sell and keep getting the same error code 5885. We have sent in real time pictures of the product that clearly show the brand name that matches the listing. We got this in reply....

Adding the Brand info to a generic listing is causing an IP infringement restriction.

In general this ASIN appears that it may be in violation of Amazon policies and listed incorrectly. In that case I recommend that you report this listing via the Report a Violation tool. If you are trying to list this product I would recommend you ensure that you find the product via the UPC and ensure that the Brand information matches correctly. Using the UPC is generally the most effective way to ensure you are listing against the correct product. Thank you for your understanding.
