Connor from Amazon here, I've seen this same issue before with other sellers and it has to do with mismatch of the name that we have on file from the IRS. Since we don't have a direct contact with them, you will need to call them to make sure that all of your personal information is spelled the same way you have it in your account and profile.
If the IRS confirms that all of your personal details are correct, you will then have to reach out to seller support and they can investigate this further.
