Account Deactivation due to Section 3
My account has been section 3 due to Amazon claiming I am selling fradulent items for a specific ASIN. I was purchasing the items from Walmart.com sold by the Brand themselves. I submitted all order receipts from Walmart plus all bank statements with all the walmart charges in the statements. I have also reached out to the Brand and they are willing to do brand direct with me. I have submitted a letter or authorization for this brand from the director of the company. Yet, Amazon has given me the same automated message every single time with no reasoning to why my documents are not accepted. "Thank you for completing the video interview verification. After reviewing the information gathered in your video interview, we have decided that your seller account will remain deactivated as in accordance with Section 3 of Amazon Business Solutions Agreement"- Amazon . I refuse to believe there is an actual human being looking into this case because if there was they could clearly see I have done nothing wrong. The fact that Amazon is not giving me reasoning to why they suspect my items to be fake is crazy!!I am thinking about getting a lawyer involved. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

"I was purchasing the items from Walmart.com sold by the Brand themselves. I submitted all order receipts from Walmart"
So, you didn't pay any attention to the hundreds of posts by sellers suspended for using Walmart as a source of goods that you CAN'T prove the authenticity of and you thought this would end differently?
With a RECEIPT you have no chain of custody and no proof of authenticity.
" I have also reached out to the Brand and they are willing to do brand direct with me. I have submitted a letter or authorization for this brand from the director of the company."
There is a phrase for this --
A day late and a dollar short, which means you SHOULD have done that first and you might not be suspended now.
Amazon will NOT accept an LOA that is dated AFTER the date of a violation. All you have done now is show that you were too lazy to learn how Amazon works before you jumped in the river and started selling. They are unlikely to accept anything now.
"The fact that Amazon is not giving me reasoning to why they suspect my items to be fake is crazy!!:
No it's actually perfectly logical and correct. A RECEIPT proves NOTHING as far as authenticity goes. No chain of custody from an authorized wholesaler, no proof of anything.
" I am thinking about getting a lawyer involed. Anyone have any suggestions? "
That is a waste of money. Go sell elsewhere but learn AND FOLLOW the rules there first.
